E 7016

E 7016

E 7016 is a Double-coated semi basic CTOD tested electrode with excellent welding properties in difficult positions and shows high mechanical properties. It is particularly suited for cheap welding machines with low open voltage on AC and DC+. Excellently suited for old and rusty material because of its stable and intensive arc. Well suited for root runs and in the maintenance and repair sector due to its absolute insensitiveness for rust or diluted base metals. Hydrogen content: HD < 10ml/100g weld metal.

E 7018-1

E 7018-1

CEWELD® E 7018-1 is a low hydrogen electrode for highly loaded joints with very good weldability and high mechanical properties for steel and cast steel up to 610 MPa tensile strength and fine grain steels with increased yield strength up to 420 MPa. It is particularly suitable for welding on AC and DC+. CEWELD® E 7018-1 is suitable for steels with up to 0.6% carbon and has an extremely low hydrogen content. HD

E 7018-A1

E 7018-A1

Excellent welding characteristics and easy slag removal with remarkable out of position weldability. Suited for working temperatures of -40°C to 525°C. Mostly used for the construction of boilers and pipes (15Mo3).Hydrogen content (HD < 5 ml/100 g).

E 9018-B3

E 9018-B3

Excellent welding properties with low spatter formation and very stable arc. Suitable for welding in all positions except vertical down. Excellent gap bridging for root welding. 118% recovery type for economic production of creep resistant steels and pressure-hydrogen-resistant 2¼Cr1Mo-steels.

E 9018-B9

E 9018-B9

CEWELD E 9018-B9 is designed to weld equivalent ‘type T91’ CrMo steels modified with small additions of niobium and Vanadium to give improved long term creep properties. These consumables are specifically intended for high integrity structural service at elevated temperature so the minor alloy additions responsible for its creep strength are kept above the minimum considered necessary to ensure satisfactory performance.

E 9015-B9 (P92)

E 9015-B9 (P92)

9015-B9 (P92) is designed to weld equivalent ‘type T/P92 CrMo steels modified with 1,6% Tungsten to match the base metal creep properties. These consumables are specifically intended for high integrity structural service at elevated temperature so the minor alloy additions responsible for its creep strength are kept above the minimum considered necessary to ensure satisfactory performance. In this case, weldments will be weakest in the softened (intercritical) HAZ region of parent material, as indicated by so-called ‘type IV’ failure in transverse weld creep tests.

E Corten

E Corten

Basic electrode for weather resistant steel such as, Patinax, Corten, Acor 50, HSB 51, etc. Excellent mechanical properties and well suited for use at sub zero temperatures.

E 8018-C1

E 8018-C1

Excellent arc stability and easy slag removal with low spatter losses. Developed for high impact strength properties at extreme sub zero temperatures. Hydrogen content is less than HD < 4 ml/100gr weldmetal.

E 8018-C3

E 8018-C3

The basic offshore electrode according to the latest offshore requirements for sub zero temperatures down to -60°C. CTOD tested and suitable up to steel types with 460 MPa yield strength (such as S460), approved according to grade 5Y46 at Lloyds and DNV. Excellent welding properties and extreme low hydrogen content below HD 3 ml/100gr weld metal. Ceweld E 8018-C3 is packed in the best in class multi layer vacuum pack to avoid costly and time consuming redrying of the electrodes.

E 10018-D2

E 10018-D2

Basic electrode with excellent welding characteristics,  Hydrogen content HD < 3 ml/100 g. Meets NACE requirements MR0175/ISO15156-2.
