Corrosion resistance is higher than 5Cr-0.5Mo steels requirements. To be used with shielding gas Ar+O2.   

308 L

308L has good general corrosion resistance. The alloy has a low carbon content, making it particularly recommended where there is a risk of intergranular corrosion.

Nicro 625

Nicro 625 is a solid drawn wire that is cleaned in a very special way to obtain cleaner and higher quality welds, especially when used for the Hotwire Tig process intermediate cleaning between the layers can be skipped and results in a bright seam with excellent ductility.  The cast and helix of this wire are kept above the EN standards to offer excellent wire feeding and a wire that comes straight out of the torch.

318Si

Applicable for welding of joints and surfacings of stabilized, corrosion resistant CrNiMo steels.

Excellent corrosion resistance as needed in chemical industry up to 400°C and good weldability with excellent flowing properties due to the increased Silicon content

318Si Tig

Applicable for welding of joints and surfacings of stabilized, corrosion resistant CrNiMo steels.

308LSi

Austenitic filler metal for stabilized and non-stabilized CrNi steels. Heat resistant up to 350°C. Excelent toughness properties down to -196°C.

316LSi

316LSi offers good general corrosion resistance, particularly to corrosion in acid and chlorinated environments. The alloy has a low carbon content which makes it particularly recommended when there is a risk of intergranular corrosion. The higher silicon content improves the welding properties such as wetting and results in a bright seam.

308LSi Tig

Austenitic filler metal for stabilized and non-stabilized CrNi steels. Heat resistant up to 350°C. Excelent toughness properties down to -196°C.
